King Kong

Last night, we went watching King Kong in Taman Anggrek Mal. I got there at 8.00 pm, just 5 minutes before the movie began. The movie was good, although I'm quite a bit dissapointed, that girl should have jumped the building, then it would be a real tragic, like Romeo and Juliet haha... The first hour of the movie, I wondered whether we have entered the wrong theater haha it's like an old cheap movie, but after they arrived on that foggy island, then it's like wow... Bravo to Peter Jackson!

So here we are: Asiong, Kevin (Asiong's son, yes we have the same name), Cesar, and Napi. By the way, Cesar is the most experienced DotA player in Interville. He joined the team of 2005 WCG Indonesia, so you can imagine how hard it is to beat him. He almost never lost in any game we had in Interville *sigh*.

Moving On

Today, I have lunch of celebration with my friends Astri and Ario at Hard Rock Cafe, Plaza Indonesia. Ario has just got accepted working in his new company with a salary increase of almost double! So he'll be leaving us very soon. I'm very happy for him, but also felt sad because my driver will be leaving me *hahaha... omg, just kidding*. The truth is I'm thinking about 'waiting in the station' story my friend Astri wrote on her blog. I feel that I am here all alone waiting while all my friends already move on with their live. When should I be moving on? Will I have the courage to leave my comfort zone to reach a possible bigger future? What am I looking for in my life? *Sigh* If only I know the answer...

Ario, the lucky man of the day :)

Astri and I, currently waiting in the old station... *hiks*

Holiday events

I have succeeded in patching the WarCraft III in my laptop! It turned out that we should use the original version of Warcraft III Frozen Throne, not the patched one. So now I could view all the replays that I've saved.

Friday and Saturday night I spent on Interville playing DotA in Battle.Net. It's quite hard to win the game nowadays since the Sentinel usually played as a team. Hey, it's not fair! The Scourge is rarely one team hiks.. After suffered lost for umm... more than 10 times, finally I joined my friend's game in Battle.Net using my best hero, Demon Witch. It's a long and exhausted game, about one and a half hour, since the two teams were equal in skill. But finally we won the game! I killed 12 times with the least being killed muahaha... I could kill more using my FOD lots of the time, but I saved the kills for my friends :) --> see that I'm a very kind person in heart hahaha... I only used it if I'm sure the enemy would escape if I'm not use it. I usually enjoyed my role as the supporting hero in a team game, but sometimes I could be hunger for enemy death too bwahaha *evil laugh*... I used the Dagger of Escape to escape from Sand King's epicenter with BKB :)).

On Sunday evening, after a very hard rain in the afternoon, I went to swim. After taking shower on 8 pm, I slept until Monday morning while hearing Handell Orchestra on ABC Asia channel. The music was quite like Lord of the Rings' theme songs. I slept early trying to 'normalize' my sleeping hour that has changed to 9 am in the Saturday and Sunday (I still think that my normal sleeping hour is 9 am in the morning, it's sooo easy for me not to sleep at night). But still I woke up at 9.30 am today :( *sigh*. Nothing happens today in the office, many peoples are still taking this day off.

Watching Harry Potter with Interville friends

Yesterday I got home at 11 am, and went directly to sleep. Got up at 5.30 pm, took shower and then went to Nexus. As usual there would be some kind of chaos when you tried to arrange a sudden "go to the movie with lots of peoples" like call this person, wait that person, force some persons (hehe), ask the schedule for the movie, arrange the transportation, and the situation got worsen because four of us were the administrators of the Interville game center, so they had to brief one new people to replace them first. The movie started at 7 pm.

Finally we went by cabs to Taman Anggrek Mal at 6.55 pm. We arrived at the theater at 7.25 pm (yeah, it's 25 minutes late). It's when the goblet of fire has decided who will go to the Triwizard tournament. Grrr... I would buy the DVD later to see the parts I missed.

I like the new directors of the Harry Potter movies (not Chris Colombus). They could make the movie appears "darker" and mysterious. Yes, there're many parts of the book that were not included in the motion picture, but I think that's okay, how would you think you could squeeze 700 pages of book into 2 hours movies without reducing the details a lot.

On our way back to Interville, we're discussing the things that were quite similar to the DotA games, like Knight Davion Dragon (to the dragon in the Triwizard tournament), Medusa (the creatures inside the lake), Lich King (the one that held Harry Potter in the graveyard), Death Prophet (lord Voldemort's form before transformation), Finger of Death (to the lightning that came from Harry Potter and Voldemort's wands), etc. Hahaha, it's fun...

PS: Hey, it's us in the picture! *big grin*

Exhausted

You know what? I can't come home last night :((. I have left my keys at the office *darn*. I've just known it after we bought some food after playing games at Interville around 12.30 AM midnight. So I just spent my night there like zombie until 6.30 AM :(. But one thing that could cheer me up, at last I could play on IndoGamers Battle.net. Wow, it's very crowded there! There're a lot of DotA games were being played every minutes!

So here I'm stuck at the office, exhausted, without any sleep and without taking a bath for errr... 2 days *ewww... yuck*, and now I have to go to client's office to present something at 9 AM. I plan to go home after the presentation. I guess I'll just working half-day today. And this night my friends at Interville invited me to go with them watching Harry Potter IV at Taman Anggrek Mal *yipeee*.
